Brian Finnegan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and began his career in the workforce, including time at Apple and working in the field of autism, before returning to school to complete his graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University. That makes him either a proud Sun-Jack or a Lumber-Devil, with a deep passion for mental health and providing compassionate, judgment-free care.
Brian is a firm believer that everyone is doing the best they can with the cards they were dealt, and his role is to understand and support, never to judge. This judgment-free foundation creates a safe space for people to share, process, and heal. He is honored to serve his community and is committed to helping people get back into the driver’s seat of their lives by promoting self-care, intrinsic self-worth, and meaningful connection.
Outside of work, Brian is a devoted dog lover and pet enthusiast. He has been playing guitar since his early teens and once played in a small band with college friends at neighborhood bars. He is also a lifelong gamer. Some of his favorite memories include visiting arcades with his dad as a child, and he still enjoys connecting online to play together as adults.
