Finding affirming and inclusive care for your sexual, reproductive, and hormone health can be challenging. At Prisma Community Care, we provide high-quality, confidential services that support your overall sexual health and well-being, including birth control, STI/HIV testing and prevention, PrEP and PEP, reproductive health care, and hormone health care.
Our services are for everyone, regardless of income, insurance status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or immigration status.
Services Include:
- Sexual and reproductive health visits
- Cervical cancer screening, including Pap tests
- Chest and breast cancer screening referrals and care coordination
- Birth control, condoms, and other contraceptive options
- STI testing, treatment, and prevention services
- HIV testing, PrEP, PEP, and prevention support
- Pregnancy testing, counseling, and resource referrals
- Hormone health care, including estrogen and testosterone support
- Perimenopause and menopause care
- Gender-affirming hormone therapy
- Screening for lipid disorders and other preventive health needs
- Basic infertility services
- Preconception health and pregnancy planning support
Offering Patient-Centered Care
- No government identification is required for services.
- Appointments can be completely confidential, except in cases of mandatory reporting.
All services are available in English and Spanish. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, and most major commercial insurances. We have low self-pay rates, based on family size and income, for those without insurance to ensure you can be seen.
