Elijah Palles, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience in trauma and behavioral health. He holds a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University. His background includes extensive clinical work across inpatient, outpatient, and crisis response settings, as well as experience in program development and clinical leadership.
Elijah integrates EMDR, CBT, ACT, CPT, and mindfulness-based approaches, specializing in trauma, mood disorders, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and support for veterans and first responders. Known for his grounded, affirming, and collaborative style, he creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel supported, empowered, and understood. Outside of therapy, Elijah is on the board of Transcending Adolescence, performs on stage, and loves to feed his love of all things beautifully macabre. Elijah is happiest exploring nature, losing himself in a concert crowd, or sharing ridiculous, joyful moments with his partner and fur-baby Sasha.
