Brief info
Therapist I
Pronouns: She/Her/Ella
Eden began her mental health career working for 211 & Suicide Prevention in Minnesota, where she quickly realized her passion for the field. After earning her Bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University, she moved to Arizona to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Counseling.
As a therapist, Eden believes that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. She uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. Her approach also includes Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the different “parts” of the self that may hold pain, offer protection, or contribute to feeling stuck. Additionally, she incorporates Art Therapy techniques to help express emotions and experiences that may be difficult to articulate with words.
Outside of work, Eden enjoys spending time with her pets and partner, creating art and music, and connecting with nature whenever possible.
