With 10 years of experience in behavioral health, Becca has developed a strong passion for supporting clients in processing trauma and working toward their future goals. She has extensive experience working with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community as well as other marginalized groups. She earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix.
As a therapist, she believes that everyone has the capacity to heal the innermost parts of themselves, and that support can make that process more accessible. Her work focuses on clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, as well as those navigating depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence. She utilizes modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, spending time with her dogs, playing video games, and being in nature.
