Finding affirming and inclusive sexual and reproductive healthcare can be challenging. At Prisma Community Care, we proudly provide high-quality, and confidential sexual and reproductive healthcare and birth control. These services are open to anyone regardless of income, insurance status, gender identity, sexuality, or immigration status.
Notice Regarding Title X Services
Due to recent changes in federal funding beyond our control, Prisma Community Care will no longer receive Title X funding. Even so, we remain committed to offering comprehensive and affordable reproductive health care. You can still access the same services and support you have come to expect—no matter your insurance status. If you have questions about costs, coverage, or anything else, please send us a message through the Healow app, patient portal, or call us at 602.307.5330. We are here to help you find the care you need.

Offering Patient-Centered Care
- No government identification is required for services.
- Appointments can be completely confidential, except in cases of mandatory reporting.
All services are available in English and Spanish. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, and most major commercial insurances. We have low self-pay rates, based on family size and income, for those without insurance to ensure you can be seen.
