Take the First Step in Getting Mental Health Care

Our Mental Health staff is proud to offer services and support specifically tailored to persons of color, 2SLGBTQIA+ and Queer individuals, and those affected by HIV. As a family practice, we can provide counseling services to people of any age. Children and adolescents are welcome!

Mental Health Services

Our Mental Health department includes licensed therapists who offer individual, group, couples, and family counseling designed to provide you with support, help, and encouragement.

Personalized Mental Health Care

Our psychiatric nurse practitioners are available to assess, diagnose, and create a customized treatment plan just for you.

All are welcome to make an appointment! Our psychiatric nurse practitioners are accepting new patients. Request an appointment online or call our friendly front desk staff at 602.307.5330 to schedule your visit.

Empowerment and Support Groups

We host empowerment and support groups that focus on building resilience, self-advocacy, and personal growth. We provide a safe space for everyone, including persons of color, people living with HIV/AIDS, and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. These groups include:

  • Healthy Relationships for Young Adults
  • Dungeons & Dragons Group
  • Life Skills Group
  • Queer Art Therapy
  • Adult & Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program
  • Self-Care and task Management for Neurodivergent Folks
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Training
