This workshop introduces collage-making as a therapeutic tool, offering an accessible starting point for those hesitant about making art. Participants will explore its uses in therapy, get practical setup tips, and create collages in a relaxed group setting. Each session, a facilitator will introduce a new lesson on nervous system regulation blending DBT skills, somatic practices, and polyvagal theory insights.
