Welcome to the 3rd Annual Phoenix Pride Mental Health & Wellness event! Join us for a day dedicated to nurturing your mental well-being at Sahara Behavioral Health. This FREE, all ages, in-person event offers a variety of activities and resources to help you prioritize your mental health. Connect with local organizations, participate in discussions, and discover new ways to care for your mind and body. Attendees will be able to engage in a wide variety of activities, participate in a scavenger hunt, and win prizes!

Several of our vendors have offered a large variety of prizes, including: stickers, fidget toys, self care packages, free services, and MANY MORE!
