Hayley earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. She began her career providing intensive in-home family therapy for adolescents and later served as Program Manager for the Functional Family Therapy team across both Tucson and Phoenix. She has also worked in a children's hospital setting in Denver, completing crisis assessments in the emergency department. Most recently, Hayley served as Behavioral Health Manager across multiple primary care clinics in the valley, where she oversaw integrated behavioral health teams.
Throughout her career, Hayley has specialized in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her work has focused on helping clients navigate everyday stressors as well as the unique challenges faced by minority communities. As a family therapist, she has supported individuals and families through the coming out process and in building understanding, acceptance, and celebration of their loved ones. She is also trained in EMDR therapy and is passionate about helping clients process and heal from trauma.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping with her wife and dogs. She loves cooking, trying new foods around the city, and attending live sporting events. She is also a big Diamondbacks fan!
Hayley is committed to showing up as her authentic self each day while creating a safe, collaborative space for others to do the same. She believes therapy is a partnership and is dedicated to supporting individuals as they build tools for healing, communication, and long-term success.
