Tamara began her career in mental health at a young age, influenced by her mother's work at a psychiatric hospital in the Chicagoland area. In 2019, she relocated to Arizona and joined a company dedicated to providing 24/7 crisis support with a strong emphasis on suicide prevention. She also facilitated an Intensive Outpatient Program for adults, utilizing Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Tamara finds satisfaction in helping people recognize the beauty within themselves. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband.
