Jessyca Leach (she/they) is a dynamic executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial leadership. As the CEO of Prisma Community Care, Jessyca spearheads innovative initiatives that enhance financial strategy, operational efficiency, and community impact for one of Phoenix’s leading health-focused nonprofits. Their visionary leadership has solidified Prisma’s reputation as a trailblazer in health equity and sustainability.

Jessyca’s career includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Downtown Phoenix Inc. and Regional Finance Director at Imagine Schools, where they honed expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, compliance oversight, and organizational transformation. In addition to their executive roles, Jessyca is a recognized community leader, serving as Treasurer of the Roosevelt Row Community Development Corporation (CDC) and as a board member of the Phoenix Community Alliance and the Arizona Medical Board.

A staunch advocate for mission-driven organizations, Jessyca integrates a collaborative leadership style with a focus on long-term strategic vision. They hold a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a certification in Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University. Known for their ability to align teams around shared goals and foster sustainable growth, Jessyca is dedicated to guiding organizations toward impactful, equitable, and enduring success.
