At Prisma Community Care, we proudly provide high-quality, and confidential sexual and reproductive healthcare and birth control. These services are open to anyone regardless of income, insurance status, gender identity, sexuality, or immigration status.
Services Include:

- Birth Control, Pills, Condoms, and Other Contraceptive Methods
- Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Services
- Pregnancy Testing, Counseling, and Resources
- Annual Breast Cancer Screening
- Screening for Lipid Disorder

- Achieving Pregnancy
Offering Patient-Centered Care
- No government identification is required for services.
- Appointments can be completely confidential, except in cases of mandatory reporting.
All services are available in English and Spanish. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, AHCCCS, and most major commercial insurances. We have low self-pay rates, based on family size and income, for those without insurance to ensure you can be seen.
